    Dr. Angela Tan graduated in 2007 and earned her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2012, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine. With over 15 years of experience in geriatric and palliative care, she has served across diverse healthcare settings—including emergency departments, acute hospitals, community hospitals, primary care, and home-based services. Dr. Angela is known for her compassionate care, professionalism, and her deep commitment to supporting patients and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
